I worked with Barbour on a freelance basis to help deliver value in their UK consumer market via their website. The main project was to bench-mark the website’s organic search performance, create an objective assessment and 12 month optimisation plan. I stayed on to help deliver the initial part of the plan with the internal team specifying user experience improvements into the agile delivery team and helping to establish a MV testing framework. I returned a year later on a related assignment to plan and create evergreen content for the website and specific campaigns.
