NHS England - Pain Management

Via a third party agency I helped NHS England in developing content for a pain management mobile app. Working closely with the NHS team, my objective was to create informative and user-friendly content that would empower patients in managing their pain effectively.

To achieve this, I began by conducting research on pain management practices, understanding the target audience's needs, and exploring best practices for mobile app content. Based on this research, I collaborated with healthcare professionals and experts to gather relevant information and insights.

Using my expertise in content strategy and user experience, I developed a comprehensive content plan for the pain mobile app. This plan included creating clear and concise educational materials, interactive tools, and engaging multimedia content to help users understand various aspects of pain management.

Additionally, I ensured that the content adhered to the NHS brand guidelines and accessibility standards, making it accessible to a wide range of users. I focused on delivering accurate and reliable information, emphasizing evidence-based practices and addressing common pain-related concerns.

Throughout the process, I worked closely with the NHS England team, gathering feedback and incorporating any necessary revisions to ensure the content aligned with their vision and goals. Together, we crafted an informative and user-centric pain mobile app that provided valuable resources and support to patients seeking effective pain management techniques.

By leveraging my digital consulting expertise and collaborating with the NHS England team, we successfully created content that empowered users to take control of their pain and improve their overall well-being.

“Great to work with Paul on this mammoth project, really great focus and delivery.”
